Roderick

After the truth gargoyle is killed by Glorion, the lying gargoyle is renamed "Roderick" and forced to follow Glorion through the Temple. Roderick watches Glorion commit many atrocities, and although Roderick hopes that Glorion will soon perish, somehow no doom room defeats him. He soon turns to sarcasm and alcoholism.

Roderick can see through the disguises of Yart and Grellnock, and first tries to warn Glorion, but decides to help the disguised orcs to ambush Glorion in hopes of being freed.

Roderick sees a way out.
