After the truth gargoyle is killed by Glorion, the lying gargoyle is renamed "Roderick" and forced to follow Glorion through the Temple. Roderick watches Glorion commit many atrocities, and although Roderick hopes that Glorion will soon perish, somehow no doom room defeats him. He soon turns to sarcasm and alcoholism.
