Important Events in German history

What do you think are important events in German history that need to get a Strowlers spin? According to the World Bible the same events happened in the Strowlerverse, but for different reasons.
Off the top of my head, I would say these are the big ones:

  • Revolution of 1848
  • Reichsgründung under Bismarck (1871)
  • November Revolution (1918)
  • End of the Weimar Republic and Rise of Hitler (1933)
  • Third Reich (1933 - 1945)
  • Founding of the Bundesrepublik (1949)
  • Fall of the Berlin Wall (1989)

Of course, there are other big events (First and Second World War, founding of the EU, etc.), but since these are global (or continent wide) events, they probably should be discussed with the wider Strowlers community / the story team.
